• The above fees do not include Chinese Herbs.
• A Full Receipt for Private Health Fund Rebates shall be issued after full payment.
• For your first visit, please bring relevant X-ray, Ultra sound, MRI scan results with you.
• We require 24 hours advance notification for appointment rescheduling or cancellation. A late cancellation fee of $30 will apply.
